We have gone from one extreme to the other. Trumps border policy is insanity in the other direction. Well, the first thing isn't to fiddle fk around figuring out what you're going to do with them. The first ****ing thing you do is FIND THEM and then you RESCUE them from wherever they've been trafficked, arrest or just KILL the people to whom and through whom they've been trafficked, and THEN you find a way to get them to a good place, preferably with family that won't sell them off again.
