As you point out passports and birth certificates are the same level of government certification. If we can’t trust them to prove our citizenship how can we at all?

They came in regardless. Biden nor the Democrats really cared until they saw that it was going to be a political issue. The border Bill would still have allowed in over 1,000,000 a year many not vetted.
You’re just repeating yourself. Yes, Biden tried to get an immigration reform bill passed. Doesn’t matter whether you liked it and its provisions or not, the fact is they spent time and effort to do it.
