Wow! We may not be together as a team yet but the glimpses we get like this make it seem scary what we could become.

Offense was hitting on all cylinders tonight and D not too shabby other than in transition.

Giles makes the list tonight or the first time!

24 assists tonight vs. 8 last game!

Felt like both Bolden and Giles gained some confidence tonight!

Went with Grayson. Looked composed and confident.

I was very close to voting for Giles for his first start.

Man that game was cathartic! Just what the doctor ordered. Went with Harry because his involvement sparked the team and the bench. Loved the starting lineup and him taking the tip. We look so much better with Matt coming off the bench for specific roles. Just like to see them feed Bolden down low a little more because that seems to make him more engaged.

I went with Giles just because I was so happy for the kid. First collegiate double double in just 17 minutes. Great to see him out there enjoying himself again.

But I think this was one of my favorite games from Grayson. He looked so comfortable in what was a new role for him - distributor. Amazing how he kept finding Kennard for open threes, and Giles for lobs. Also his ability to push in transition and get into the lane was HUGE. I thought it was his best all around game in awhile.

I went with Grayson, he played loose and confident from the start. I know he created all of the crap on his own, but that was a lot to deal with. It will be interesting to see how he responds during road games.

The big thing was about Grayson last night is that he played within the flow of the game and didn't force... And made the whole team better because of it.

In most cases I would feel like becoming a point guard would be daunting, but it felt like Grayson not "needing" to score was freeing. Sure it was a non-competitive game, but he just looked at ease.

I don't think he's going to be a "point guard", i'm taking K's message and new role for allen to be when he gets the ball his first look should be to create for thers. I still think you'll see multiple people bringing the ball up and initiating the offense, but when grayson gets it his first look is to create for others then score. It used to be the other way around.

I don't know. If last night was an indicator, Grayson looked for Luke first, then down the line until he saw his opening. It appears to me that K has reduced his burden by saying "you don't have to carry it anymore". Grayson looked freer than I've seen since the Natty game. He scored yes, but when he brought it up he was looking to use his drive to find the weak side kick outs or dump it down.

He used to drive like Jason Williams, but last night he was driving like Duhon.

1. Never reference Grayson's driving ability in basketball or not basketball to Jason Williams lol.... Jason was one of the best driving to the hoop players ever at duke, and we know about the other driving

2 I agree on Grayson's role. I'm just saying I dont think he's going to be a regular pg that initiates the offense

Love this new role for him

Haha I get you. I was comparing their intent, not their capabilities. And certainly no mention of other forms of transportation haha.

And I think you're on to something that he won't be bringing it up every possession, but 7 assists and 110 points don't lie. Grayson distributing for this team first is the shot in the arm that it needs. Divide the ball among all the options.
