100% the police planted evidence. I don't know if they'll be exonerated but they definitely planted evidence.

The thing is he originally sued for 13M but after his arrest 1 week before the hearing his case was eventually negotiated at 400 thousand.

So if he gets off here I'd imagine he would have a case to go after that lawsuit again since he was basically forced to settle to pay for a defense in yet another false arrest and imprisonment.

Might be wrong but isn't that the type of thing to fall under punitive damages?

I'm no lawyer, but seems like this being the second time, and with likely conspiracy to avoid paying him the first time and his framing by the police, this **** gets exponential.

I mean the first time they just got it wrong. The victim apologized to him. This time the cops actually planted evidence, possibly.

He's spent the better part of his life in prison, unjustly.

No but I did have a foursome come in and brag about being from Manitowoc (sp) county and asked if I had heard of the documentary. I replied that I had and I probably wouldn't go around gloating about that if I were them. They didn't seem to understand why it wasn't awesome to everyone that their little county had its 15 minutes of fame.

Seemed like a nice, educated, well-off, middle-aged group of couples but then I remembered where they were from and assume no one there really "gets" anything.

I think Brendon did it. Steven just tried to help his boy and got screwed. Any person that inquires about wrastlin in that situation is capable of more **** than Willy can imagine! It don't take a genius
