If you had to bet, would you bet Nebraska will go over or under 8.5 wins?

Vegas has released regular season win totals for all NCAA football teams. Nebraska and Iowa are both set at 8.5 wins, behind Michigan at 10 and Ohio State at 9.5.

Note: win totals do not include conference championship games nor bowl games.

Oregon - Iowa - Wisconsin - OSU - NW

have to win 2 of these games without any other hiccups to get to 9 wins (4 of those 5 games are on the road)

I am thinking we can beat Northwestern and we can beat Iowa. We are not beating tOSU, and Oregon and Wisconsin I would say are toss-ups. I am thinking 8-4 is a pretty low bar, but that we can easily hit it. It's the safe bet. I sincerely think we'll be 9-3 or 10-2 this year if we don't have any major hiccups. Our schedule just isn't that bad, and really only two teams on that schedule are hands down better than us (and Oregon is debatable).

I agree though, even if EVERYTHING goes our way, there is at least 1 guaranteed loss on there (tOSU is just in an altogether different class right now) and I bet we lose to either Oregon or Wisconsin because we're just not that dominant yet.

I'm getting real tired of some people around here not understanding that Mike Riley is just a nicer Nick Saban. Once some posters get off vacation, everything is gonna get straightened out right quick.

I've got 9 wins by the way. Less than that with this schedule is no good.
