Very few things made me more disappointed in our coach than BCG forcing Jasper to play before he was ready to return. It was despicable. I expect and hope Pope has enough morals to not do the same to JQ to save his job.
Uh, it’s very simple. When the Doctor clears him to play, then he plays. Has nothing to do with the coach.Very few things made me more disappointed in our coach than BCG forcing Jasper to play before he was ready to return. It was despicable. Like Kriisa and Wheeler?Uh, it’s very simple. When the Doctor clears him to play, then he plays. Has nothing to do with the coach.
Yeah, I can definitely see that happening. Or the he’s now playing 7 on 7 in practice. It’s any day now in February.Keep dreaming OP, if anything, Pope will do the EXACT OPPOSITE! If JQ does play, and I give it a 25% chance, the first time he accidentally farts and it makes a sound, JQ will be done for the season!
Actually, I’m expecting the “minor set back” card to be played any day now. Because it’s coming!
All JQ needs is some positive 1st round guarantee. If he has a stretch of 3 or 4 good games, I'm fully expecting some phantom "lingering" issue that will require a full shutdown until the draft. Pope is no different than Calipari in regard to letting guys "choose their own injury adventure." We saw that with Kriisa last year. Dude came back and could have helped UK make a run. Pope allowed him to sit out in order to have a redshirt year and keep Kerr's mercenary/shite career going another season.Yeah, I can definitely see that happening. Yea always felt like that. Wish someone would ask Pope that question. Could Krissa have played last year? I always thought he just wanted another year like you said. I mean he’s not sniffing the league or overseas. All JQ needs is some positive 1st round guarantee. Anyone who’s followed UK hoops over the years should know it’s not always that “simple”. Players sometimes continue to sit out games even after receiving medical clearance.Uh, it’s very simple. When the Doctor clears him to play, then he plays. Has nothing to do with the coach.
