Easy he’s done a helluva job and had to replace the whole roster in less than 6 months to do it!
SI said he was a C plus hire.
You really don't have to wonder how they go out of business.
He's gonna have a few more top 10 chances to get wins as well.
He has to be.
To be fair, that was the initial consensus here for a while too.
Don't do this to yourself. Some here are "game by game" with Pope, and will be to the bitter end.
3-0 against top 10 teams, but we won't win Draft Night, and that's what really matters so is it really worth it?
Just have to be impressed with his genuine love of the game, his players and UK. He doesn't berate the fans. He was a great hire.
The only thing keeping them alive is the swimsuit issue.

Consider that this year Florida team better than the last year team who beat in OT Calipari .
Pope is a great guy and Coach. If he gets lucky and wins a title then he will be second after Hall to win a title as player (‘49) and coach (‘78) …. Then he could start chasing the ultimate record: multiple titles for Kentucky other than Coach Rupp. Then he can try to tie Rupp’ s record of 4 titles…. Am I dreaming?
I think he can do it…and make Kentucky the team with most NCAA titles.
Why am I saying is possible in that period , listed in the tweet by Borzello :48-51 , Rupp won 3 titles , coincidence?
