When he got off the bus inside the arena that was the single loudest I’ve ever heard Rupp. Louder than when Pitino’s first team beat Shaq and Chris Jackson 101 to 99. Louder than when we made Nick Calathes miss three straight free throws by screaming. I may have some hearing loss.
I was there. It was electrifying.
I loved seeing Wayne Turner, Derek Anderson, Jeff Sheppard, Tony Delk there and others.

My wife said that there is no way that bus holds that many people and they must be coming in the back door. I don't think so, I think they just packed them in like sardines, letting the older guys sit down and the younger guys were standing. If was a short ride, because they probably loaded up just outside Rupp.
The bus was awesome. Sad that some big names weren't there until you realize that the bus was packed and the others were playing their last NBA games of the season.
It's a repeat of the 1996 celebration. I'm looking forward to the bus bringing him in a 3rd time.
Was there for the 96 celebration. Sadly missed today. Don’t plan on missing the next celebration for our National Champions.

Matt Jones said it well, that a lot of Cal's players may stay loyal to him and go to Arkansas, but Cal will probably retire in 5 years or so, then where will they go?
Does anyone ever see a day when Calipari's Wildcat players revisit Rupp Arena? I don't see it happening.
I wondered the same, did they take the seats out or something? Guys just kept rolling off that bus like a clown car. Thought maybe they had a backdoor off camera they were filing through.
