Pork Bellies?

Any of you guys from the tri-state area of the eastern panhandle know a butcher shop that may carry pork bellies? What I've learned so far is that my usual stops need advance notice which is too late for this weekend.

Is Cedarbrook Farms in Kearneysville still open? It's one of the few places in the state where I have seen true pork belly.

Just checked their website. Looks like they sell exclusively at farmer's markets in DC with no local outlet mentioned. When were you in the EP that they had a market open?

I reached out through their website so I'll see what happens.

Haven't been to their growery but the samples I have had were great. Worth a check.

Try the Asian markets closer to DC. East and Southeast Asians love their pork bellies and do some amazing things with them.
