Oumph! Pork sounds gayer than hell. The gayest sounding pork of all time. Unbelievable.
I think anything that's an alternative is kinda gay by definition.

Better question is, slathered in sauce or just what's needed for cooking/smoking. I prefer just enough sauce to add a little taste. Dry rubs FTW, if they're actually smoked.
Not a fan of dry rub ribs personally.....prefer beef ribs but I like pork ribs
just like that cross mounted pus$y down by the riva Dry rub. No foil wrap. About 6 hours in smoker at 225. No sauce necessary but itās fine if you wanna
Seriously, all jokes aside. Who in their right mind would not like pork ribs or beef ribs for that matter. I mean you have to live a very dull life not to enjoy a good rib cook out on a cool fall day.

Dry rub pork ribs with a good dipping sauce are my preference.

I liked the wings at Mommas. The pulled pork was ok. The pickles were surprisingly not good at all.

Bacon Burnt Ends from Heims BBQ in Fort Worth are the best meat I have ever devoured. Their Jalepeno and Cheddar Sausage is a close second. Sorry, back to rib talk.
