Some of these teams just didn't need to be in the playoffs period. NCHSAA with some nonsense again.
Robbinsville 45 WSP 14. Robbinsville probably could have scored again before half. This isn’t even fun at this point. We are running at will on this team.
The difference with football compared to 1st round blowouts in basketball is some of these kids on opposing teams could get seriously hurt. Makes NO sense to have these teams play in any games much less the best of the best. Plus, it does NONE of the top teams any favors as the starters and backups don't even play. The only saving grace is NO injuries for top guys. But 61-0 could honestly be 101-0 if MA wanted it to be.

Just looking at some games in the West in the other classifications 1A seems to have the most blowouts in 3A & 4A you have some single digit teams losing to teams in the 20's
