Just looking for some insight into this match-up. I see that all of PR's wins have been by running clock. CG's closest game was in the muddiest of conditions. Thoughts?

Winning all your games by running clock won't prepare you for the playoffs...according to some.

Pick em. Both teams know what they run, eat, like for movies... Won’t be one team blowing out the other. I call 28-21 but it goes either way.
I don’t think the score will be that high. When these two match up the score is usually lower than that. In The semi finals in 2009 CG Crushed PR 40-6. That is the last game that I remember that wasn’t close. No matter what, it will be a good game.
PR The last few years has been putting up a lot of points but never against CG.

Massey prediction is 28-26 CG with a 54% win probability. I wouldn’t bet a dime on either team with any confidence.

Pick 'em? Did you say pick 'em?
Don't mind if I do.
Cary Grove vs Prairie Ridge.
Trees vs. Grasslands.
Sounds like a battle between a couple of subdivisions over who will has the best Halloween decorations at the sub entrance.

"My goodness, Buffy, the Cary Grove Association has giant pumpkins...and robotic zombies!"

"No worries Thurston, we have a 24 hour apple bobbing station with holograms of the scariest movie monsters...and the Johnson's are giving out full sized candy bars..2 to each child!!"

I love full sized candy bars. Apple bobbing is gross.
Take Cary Grove.

Funny but you have a strange view of what Cary and Crystal Lake are like.

You should never pass up a good pick’em!

About all I know of these 2 teams is they both like to run the ball like 90% of the time. And that’s all I need to know to know that I like them! All these crazy teams throwing the ball all over the yard, I hate them! Whether you think Hayes, Neyland or Royal said it they were right when they said, “There are three things that can happen when you throw a pass, and two of them are bad.” It is the truest statement that has ever been said about football!

Back to this particular game though. We have the Wolves vs the Trojans. It’s a tough matchup. Wolves are like dogs and everyone loves dogs. The Trojan War was pretty cool. Wolves are tough, I sure wouldn’t want to get in a tussle with a pack of wolves. Trojans have kept me safe on more than a few occasions. Everyone loves Kevin Garnett and he played for the T-Wolves. The Trojans used the Trojans Horse to enter Troy and win the Trojan War. So as you can see both sides have a lot going for them, making this decision very hard.

When in doubt I say go with the golden rule, always bet on the hyphen!

Bill Mitz could give him that special talk, as he lived in Fox River Grove (his son played for CG) and coached at Stevenson. What's weird is , on one work assignment, I saw a lot of City of Chicago stickers near Cary's downtown and train station. Is it a popular "actual residence" for City workers?

The 24-14 range prediction seems a bit more believable. Didn't realize the balanced offense PR has this year. Blake Skol for CG is a Stud. The defense/special teams will decide this one. PR has 10 Passing TD's through 7 games? Weather looks like it will cooperate this week!

What the heck happened to CG in this game? Thought they would at least give PR a better game than the score shows.
