Spenn, Rutgers will have an open practice for fans on August 10 starting at 10:00 AM at Rutgers Stadium. Free admission and parking. Free Rutgers Football posters and magnets Autographs with the players

With the NCAA rules as they are there are not much info. Everyone looks good in shorts and helmets. They wont be in pads and contact drills until middle of next week.

For those who have attended before, what parking lots are used, and what time do gates open?
For this Saturday, Open practice at SHI Stadium. All lots open I'd imagine.
Gates will probably open around 9:45.

Not now. I originally thought it was being held at the Battaglia Practice fields. Later I read it's in the Stadium. Since they let us bring in water for the Spring game in April, I'm guessing the policy will be the same. It will be a lightly attended event.
This is probably something that merits further discussion. Rutgers should open more to the public / media. It is a way to increase fan engagement. The old daily practice reports from when Flood was the coach was an additional way to create some pre-season excitement.
We still post as much as we can on the premium side. Lots of nuggets today too!

Proud, I wouldn’t bet the ranch they will, but am 99 percent sure it is ok. People can just bring it with them and I think they will be fine.
Wolv, agree strongly more practices should be open. The football program needs all the good will we can generate right now. I will go out on a limb and say we don’t have a special double secret 30 play wildcat package this season that we don’t want Ohio State to know about until game day.
Privacy issues prevent me from signing up for premium.
