Only the Trump supporters believe America is not great. For the rest of us the United States of America is the greatest nation on the planet.
I feel sorry for those that think America is not great and have one word for them.... LEAVE!
Thanks for proving my point. Although I don't agree with these protests, and certainly not Flag burning, there are few other countries in the world where you can voice your opinion against the government without retribution. Free Speech.You may want to brief the rest of kind..
There are few other countries in the world where all of your news is delivered to you independently from other than government sources. And you are free to choose how you'll get your news, which opinions you'll favor and which ones you won't. Free Press.
None of these protesters was armed, but they could have been because, within certain instances, your right to own and carry weapons is not hindered. The Right to Bear Arms.
Many countries have state sponsored Religion or religion is banned altogether. But in America we can freely associate with any religion we choose or none at all. Freedom of Religion.
We have a Republic whereby we may elect our representatives to Congress in fair elections where every person in good standing with the government and not subject to any restrictions by law may cast their vote as they please. Free Elections.
There are many other reasons why America is the greatest nation, not that we are without issues that need to be addressed or problems that need to be corrected.

I really liked Jeff Daniel's monolog in the Pilot episode of The Newsroom. That very much characterizes the belief. It has nothing to do with race, economy, etc.
