To the contrary, he said he has 1 year right now and is planning on redshirting this year. But he said things are changing fast with the NCAA and things could change.
He more or less talked around it. Which, I don't blame him since the process is still playing out. But unless something changes, he is going to redshirt this year and compete next year.
