Considering PSU's permeable OL, Pribula would have left the field on a stretcher before halftime.
Right--he even had -27 yards rushing today but would have dominated Oregon

Allar shrinks in the biggest moments. He forced INT‘s in both this game and the ND game last season. It’s completely on him. It’s not on Franklin, it’s not on the OL,it’s not even on AK. It’s on Allar solely. He does not have the mental fortitude to be the quarterback we want him to be. Out of our last five true starting QBs, Allar and Hack rank as the least trustworthy in big moments.
And if the defense would have done what they needed to do in the first OT, Allar would have had the mental fortitude needed. It’s a team game.
This is just incorrect. Weird how you left out the USC game but to think this loss was completely on him would have to indicate you only watched one play
It's weird down 14 and then 7 and tied in OT he was fine. LMT (sorry Ludd) has just always hated Allar because he's obsessed with Beau

Absolutely it is a team game. And yes, the defense should’ve made a stop. But that defense played their asses off the entire game against an offense loaded with 4 and 5 star Phil Knight purchased talent with no help from the offense outside of two drives in the fourth quarter. Allar does not have “it.” You cannot train or instruct someone to develop “it.” Allar is a milder version of Hack. A ton of physical gifts but a headcase.
He’s 100 times better than Hack and if you can’t see that, then you are clueless.
Oh, he is definitely better than Hack, but just like hack he’s also a head case. It’s indisputable. The entire country sees it.

The same can be said about McGloin. He dealt with the worst of circumstances like a warrior.
He beat the #14 and # 18 teams while Allar beat two teams ranked #8, also #12, #19 and #24…yeah, he can claim more big game victories. Give me a break.
I miss McGloin’s swagger but I don’t miss his arm.
