The first thing you need to do is determine if Mount Carmel uses that network.They may have their own.
Mt. Carmel was listed as a team I could follow but I'm not sure that means they are regularly covered. It could just mean they are scheduled to play someone who is. Hope that might help.
That might mean those opponents on those dates do broadcaster games. But the rest of the games you might be SOL.
I just sub'd yesterday and I'm watching soccer Naz vs Montini (Frosh) just to make sure it works.

I assume so. As long as there’s no time lag between either the broadcast. That would suck

Plus, this Frosh Soccer game I'm watching as a test has no audio, do their football games have audio?
