starting next year, potentially limited teams to 30 (THIRTY!!) minutes of contact per week.

In my opinion, a recipe for disaster. Limiting contact also means limiting teaching time on correct tackling form.

Outside of the first week of practice and preseason scrimage how many times a year do you tackle to the ground during practice? Teams can still go full speed and wrap up just not go to the ground I don’t see this as that big of a deal

Definitely more at lower levels where the skill of tackling needs to be enforced
