Even I can't disagree. Campbell & Co jumped into the deep end of the pool barely able to swim but he and his goofy OC insist of playing their ISU buddies.

I don't think anyone discredited BGJ's ability to recruit. He was an excellent recruiter. The issue had been, that regardless, he couldn't win big games.
He was a very good recruiter. If he was an excellent recruiter PSU would have had O$U talent.

What a dumb take. Sowell is one of our top two players. Josiah Zayas is one of our best defensive players and he was directly recruited by Campbell to PSU. Brahmer is going to play in the NFL, though his productivity has been down here compared to ISU. Let alone Campbell had to recruit every single PSU player he kept.

You mean the same BGJ players from that disastrous 2025 roster who managed to go 3-6 in the B1G in 2025?
Collectively, the 2026 roster is one of the worst in program history and that includes the former BGJ players.

The program that recruited better and historically is a way better program had the better players? Wait until you see how well our transfers are doing at other schools. I never once complained about any win and defended countless close losses. I complained about bad clock management (as I do with MC) and slow starts but never a win.

Gee I must have missed your criticism of Campbell’s idiotic decision to blow his last time out in a one score game when USC had 4th and 4 inside its own 20 with about 4 minutes left in the game which was the worst example of clock management I have seen in 65 years of watching football. If Franklin did that this board would have lit up like a Christmas tree with posters claiming he should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail.
