How is that not a gift? If you notice, the PA official for the EPA made the statement it wasn’t a gift but they never had the Office of Counsel (there is that word trump can’t spell) make the statement. It meets the most basic definition of a gift: is it something the general public cannot purchase at that price or an offer not extended to the general public.

Nope, Obama used agencies, IRS EPA to do things nobody could do legislatively. In fact, most of them the american public didn't want. Hopefully, the cafe standards are changed soon.
It will take a decade or better for the country to recover from Trump's short but sad time in office but America is strong and can do it.
