I doubt the lawsuit will be discussed. The first word in the announcement is REMINDER. These meetings and agendas are set up way ahead of time (logistics matter). Even if there had been a plan to raise the issue of the lawsuit in a meeting the university lawyer would have told them to shut that down pdq.
