The Forward candidates have no interest in making Penn State a better place. They have a much larger agenda using the environment as their Trojan Horse to push DEI. The organization is infiltrating many large University Boards. The football players know that they have no interest in football and that they will vote along with the crowd and not say a word with the exception of their personal agendas.. I think it's pretty easy to figure out what's going on here. The group simply wants to be rid of the three incumbents (why Alice Pope has incurred "their" wrath is beyond me) and picked the three candidates they believe has the best chance of doing so. Hard to make a case that Melinda Kuritzky isn't more qualified than Ali Krieger, or both of the other candidates they support for that matter.

Aside from the stunning idiocy of that video (and it WAS stunningly idiotic):

Not one word about the virtues/ideas of the candidates they support (or even WHO they support - though I think we know) and who is behind these attacks. Interesting, eh? Talk about the epitome of cowardice.
And not one word about what actually makes the 3 folks they oppose "evil". Talk about the epitome of playing to the lowest common denominator demographic.

I am on an extended Board break but have taken time to read as much as I reasonably could about all the candidates in this election. As some here know, I have put Penn State in my rear view mirror and no longer live and die with news from Old Main. Still, there will always be a bit of love for Dear Old State deep inside me and so I have tried to be as objective as I could. To the extent anyone cares, and I would think that at least these three do, I am voting for Lubrano, Pope, and Paterno. That said, I will return to my Board sabbatical and hope to be back here in the fall. Until then, have a safe, happy, summer, and may God bless us, every one.
