Can anybody explain the function of the current owner of the Surekill apartments, and what the function is of the new owners? Is somebody just making a quick million on the tranaction cost?
Interestingly, the Nittany Apartments are owned by a non-profit 501(c) organization named "Advisory Board of Schuylkill Campus"

I also discovered that portions of the campus lands are jointly titled under Penn State and a female with the name of Susan P. Petro. Weird....

No truer words were ever spoken.

Lubrano, I will give you some credit for having the ball to not vote yes. That being said, you are still a wuss for taking the abstain route instead of voting no on record.
It's hard to vote for the incumbent AETs who just voted to give EB money he won't earn and doesn't deserve

Boycott the BW game. These morons are ruining the university. Everybody needs to show up for the BW practice but not enter the stadium. Remain in the lot and let Franklin run his practice like a CoVid session. Stop donating money. Now it’s 4 out of every 5 students accepted at PSU choose to enroll elsewhere. Wonder why?

Yeah that’ll work. I wonder why all these student are applying if they don’t want to go there? Maybe they are going to someplace more expensive instead - like my daughter did. And now she has a PHD!

The last dormitory at PSU Schuylkill was built by a guy named Roy Heim.

Google is noticeably absent of traceable Heim family connections.

Nephew? 🤷🏼‍♂️

They're applying because it's now free to do so.

Seems like only yesterday Graham Spanier was the whipping boy of this board.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

We are high achievers with very high standards. We demand the same of others as we do of ourselves.
