Martin and Kemajou are huge. Give me Campbell now and I’m starting to get overly optimistic about next year.

Need a couple DTs and a DE or two. Sounds like we’re in on the Edge from CO. New DL coach from UCLA might have a DT he could bring. Sounds like we like a DT from Ark St and another DT from Tulsa.
We’re also kicking the tires on UConn LB Diomande and a WR from Missouri State I’m not familiar with - Tristan Gardner.

Sounds like Rojas was never leaving, regardless of his Twitter activity. We’re lucky that he has a current GF at PSU that may have been a big factor.
I’m glad to have him back, for sure - but he was one I wouldn’t throw huge money at. He’s always hurt. Campbell is who I’d open the wallet for based on his production this year.
I think going for more of the lower level guys might be a way to save a little bit of cash while filling out the roster as well as potentially knowing that you’re bringing in some other big guys at other spots that will cost a little bit more
Honestly would anyone expect him to. I certainly wouldn't. The thing is PS needs to be in the game to do whatever it takes and is sensible where NIL is concerned.
Of anyone leaving solely for the money I say don't let the Door hit you on your Hinder Parts. If people truly aren't happy in Happy Valley there isn't much that can be done to fix that, so if they aren't happy show them the door and don't second guess that decision.

That is true, I brought it up in one of the threads yesterday. Finney is from Baltimore and played at McDonough. Penn State generally gets to pick who they want from that school as their coaches have always had a very good relationship, but it was very odd that This one didn’t happen.

With all the comings and goings of portal players, some landing NIL agreements that pay more than many professionals will earn in a decade, there are the occasional stories that make me smile.

Yeah, I know him too, they’re all Maryland kids. It’s not exactly a big state and I know quite a few coaches, matter of fact, I was chatting it up with his old high school coach this morning at the gym.
