Block is better than people are saying. Tough kid. Super long. That said, SVN is not great when guys get in on his legs. He gives up tds most others wouldn’t. He can usually score his way out of it so it isn’t a huge problem. It could bite him in the *** sometime though

I am a fan of Ryder Block.
His height and length is a gift and a curse. He was able to get to Shayne's legs pretty easily.
But on the flip side, a lot more limbs for Shayne to grab onto on top and his ankle was in close proximity for Shayne.

PJ struts out onto the mat like a boss. Here we go! Tying up & hand fighting. PJ reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Williams with some head slaps. PJ drops to a leg, then works behind. Williams rolls. PJ stands up while holding both of Williams' legs & the ref blows it dead, neutral restart. Tying up & hand fighting again. PJ reaches for a low leg, but can't get there. Tying up & hand fighting again. Williams drops to a leg & gets in deep. PJ throws in a whizzer. Williams limp arms out, but can't finish, as PJ counters & it's a stalemate. Hand fighting head to head. Williams reaches for a leg, but can't get there & time expires. 0-0

PJ gets a neutral danger call for 3-sec, but Williams fights out of it & the period ends, no scoring. Cody throws the brick. Challenge lost, score stays 1-0 Williams.

I wouldn't make this challenge (in the Duke -Williams match). I didn't think exposure was for more than 5 sec.
No Shane. Duke laced the leg AND Williams let go of his grip. We’re looking for a clean TD. Not a danger TD.
A couple more seconds and it would have been 3.
That's the type of match that serves a young man well in March.

Duke made him pay for the 1 and only shot Williams took.
Was Duke doing something illegal after the TD. The ref told Duke a couple times to "keep it legal".
That's as close as Williams will ever get to Duke. Next time he gets majored.
Half way through we got 3 Iowa stalls and 2 Iowa takedowns.
I think he has a warrant in Texas.
I think duke is so good that's his version of "carvered".
