IDK, but that sounds like an odd way to "really slow down" an opponent.

RU is 13th in scoring defense, and 11th in rush defense, in the Big Ten. But, yes, they are better than Indiana, and on par with Maryland, Penn State's most recent opponents (and MSU, who is up next).

If their DL is good, then just run outside(sweeps, toss) and have our OL bite block them(aim for the family jewels and take their legs out) or just keep throwing screen passes. See problem solved.
