Let’s say we beat Michigan and OSU (and Minnesota), currently ranked 4 and 3 respectively. Do we jump to #2. Or possibly even #1? I don’t think we’ll win both games but, if we do, what do you think will happen?

Outside of Kansas we are the lowest ranked 5-0 team. It appears that the voters hate us almost as much as we hate us. Maybe we’ll move up a slot or two after our big win next Saturday against the ever dangerous fighting BYES.

No. If what you say happens then the best I think we end up is 3. Bama UGa will remain 1.2. I don’t think either has a team on their schedule that will beat them. This is assuming the pollsters are impressed enough to have PSU jump Clemson.

Somehow Notre Lame will be ranked slightly ahead of us - you know, based on the eye test, tradition and the legion of loyal ‘fans’ they have.
