Is it still pretty much just rest and then rehab for recovery or has something changed recently? I just remember the old R.I.C.E approach has anything changed? Got a daughter who pulled one at school and looks to be out for the next two weeks. Its driving her nuts being out, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
