We are 128th in the FBS in net punting, which is dead last. We are averaging 26.7 net yards per punt. Nobody expected us to be as good as we have been in the past with a freshman punter. But that is pretty brutal. It may be time to try another punter, if we have one.

I noticed Riley dropped a little comment in a press conference about the back-up punter Isaac Armstrong making improvements, kind of makes me wonder if he's starting to think a change may need to be made too.

It's not the punter that is the real problem our special teams in general are a disaster

Drew Brown had been exceptional so that unit has been good. DPE has gotten back. But punting is week.

They really need to give Issac a shot in the Purdue game and make a decision from there. I know we have the new and improved Blackshirts and all that, but we HAVE to have better punting with the schedule coming up.

Caleb has had his fair chance. I`d give Armstrong a shot, he can`t be any worse.
