I say give him another chance here, if he wants it. QB depth is always important. But mostly because I want to see his mom in the stands. For guys my age, she's pretty hot.

It seems like a bad idea to transfer here, from his perspective. It's great if it works out, but he'd always have people questioning him for decommitting. It's not a great situation to put himself in when he's already underachieved against expectations and to go somewhere that he has 1 strike against him before he ever takes a snap.

He'd probably be better off going just about anywhere else.

He flipped to FSU the night before signing day. TBH, if he can’t beat out Jordan Travis at FSU, I’m not sure how good he is.

The FSU guys on the football board hated seeing him leave. Apparently he’s been hampered by injuries the last two seasons.

How could he get injured. He never played. Don't they put a green jersey on him in practice. Prolly not a tough kid. Oh well. Bye.

If Malik leaves after this year, we may not have a choice but to take him and whoever. We're so thin on QB depth and losing Malik will hurt us if we don't find a decent replacement.

Put her in the stands and have her jump up and down every time the Cards score, 1 jump for every point. Kind of like those bros who do pushups when their team scores.

I’d give her… I mean him a 2nd chance. The kid has a good relationship with coach Sat, and is a perfect fit for our offense. Our offense would be one of the top in the country if Purdy is driving the bus! I vote yes - get er done!

Now we can guess your age. :) I didn't do Porters (one time that I remember). Dude ticked me off on the dance floor. Was that you? 🤣🤣🤣 I remember Troubadour days. Cruising before the age of 21.
For me it was Beggar's Banquet and the Toy TIger. Oh yea, and Whispering Hillls Country Club. I met my wife to be there in 1975. Some great live bands and good times back in those days. o_O :p;)

I lived in Whispering Hills in '79/'80-'82 ish??? I don't remember a Country Club. Help Mayo? Where was it located, maybe that will help me file back?
Toy Tiger, I found offensive too. 🤣 I liked to party too, but don't touch me unless I know you, you fool. 😁

I Googled it. OMG There is a Facebook group of those days at Whispering Hills CC with photos. I kicked FB out the door. I bet you can find yourself Mayo in the pics. lol They built apts there. I didn't enter very often from Shepardsville Rd. My business tended to take me in/out at Fegenbush Lane. But I'm thinking there was a outdoor pool and clubhouse setting there on the left from Old Shep.
Nah, you're not an old fart yet, maybe 10 more years.

I liked Toy Tiger because it was closer to my home. They had two bands going on weekends and the folks I knew and met there loved to party and dance.

Whispering Hills CC used to have an over 21 and under 21 side going at the same time. I was 22 and my wife was 17 when we met at the WHCC as we called it. Dated, got engaged and married 15 months later. LoL.

And hell she lived out in Prairie Village area off of Dixie highway...a long ways to go for this Germantown Boy o_O ;) don't ya know. My Dad always teased me...can't you find somebody closer? Ha Ha!!! Fun times back in those days of Disco Strobe lights and dancing the BUMP, etc, etc. Those were the days. Platform shoes and bell bottom flare pants with the silk shirts. John Travolta before Saturday Night Fever.

Whispering Hills was a little before my time. Jim Porters was where you went to meet “older” ladies. Most of the time we went to Phoenix Hill Tavern, The Brewery/Thunderdome, or Butchertown Pub. We hit Toy Tiger once just to say we went there. It was in its dying days.
