If murphy drops from 600 to 500 because of normal circumstances i would have no problem.
Dropping from 600 to 500 because the kids in your district start going to the EC is different. It doesnt affect your athletics one bit. I just think counting the EC kids at any school is a more accurate gauge of a school. Thanks to the few murphy fans that understand. Most dont say it on here but some do and some say it in private message. Murphy is a great program with or without this advantage.

They should just add Andrew's and become 2A. Nobody will ever give them hard time no more about the schedule. Andrew's football is bad so that won't really add to how good they are
As of today...I would like to put into motion that Murphy High Schools athletic department hire Magnum as the new game management and scheduling ambassador. (Thought you might appreciate ambassador more Mag) All in favor?
Who is Andrew, how many kids does he have that would push them 2A, and what is wrong with his football?
Perfect! I feel like our school has really gained a true pioneer. Im sure you can get these powerhouse schools to agree, you already have an in with them so thats even better. You will have so much more weight than the MHS coaching staff. Those big schools will finally be eating out of our hands. Fall 2019 is ours fellas....cant wait to see who Mag gets us!
What’s up with you Magnum? Give credit where credit is due. I come from the SMC. Not from any of the big 3 schools. I can assure you that I can’t stand Murphy. In 4 years at my school, I beat Murphy one time in one sport. And no it wasn’t football. That being said, I still have to respect Murphy and their football program. To put it as plain and simple as I know how, they are solid year in and year out. You blame Murphy for the level of competition they play? Come on man. Teams bigger than Murphy, aside from a select few, quit playing Murphy because they get sick of getting beat by a dominant 1-a/1-aa team. Therefore explaining why Murphy has trouble finding games to play against more solid teams. Murphy is good. They have good athletes. They have good coaching. They have a good fan base. Give them a little credit. I can also assure you that if you want to whine and complain about how Murphy should be in 1aa, stick them up there in it. They will dominate just as much. I know the big talk has been about how good Tarboro is and how insanely good they are. I haven’t seen them play but if Murphy were in 1-aa, I would not count Murphy out against that dominating Tarboro squad. Too bad we won’t get to see that matchup.
You must not follow football very close because Murphy was in 1AA last season and they never made it to Tarboro. You don't seriously think that they would beat Tarboro or dominate 1AA. This type of delusional thinking is why people give them a hard time

No one has ever said Murphy would dominate Tarboro. Would it be a competitive game? Yes. Would Murphy get stomped? Doubtful. No one thought Murphy was within 3 td’s of WRH in Chapel Hill but Murphy had the game won until the end and ended up losing by 1. I get it you have some vendetta against Murphy. Great news though Murphy will keep winning and you can keep bitching and moaning from your moms basement lol. And like sands through an hourglass, these are the days of our lives.
