Bolingbrook had 37 kids on college rosters last fall. That number will be in the upper 40's this fall

It would be interesting also to give a percentage of number of students playing college football from a high school divided by your actual high school enrollment level.

It's much different if you have 30 kids playing college ball from a school of 700 coed students and if you have 40 kids playing college ball from a school of 3,000 coed students.

This will tell us if you are overproducing or underproducing.

Well, teams could have loaded lower levels. That said, it stood out to me that Barrington and LT had only one. Really shocked by Broncos, as they are usually good for one token FBS lineman

Depends if that school of 700 is known for football and gets 30 kids a year that go their strictly to play football.

Mt. Carmel should always have more players in college than say Leyden or Morton.

37 over a 4 year period? That's impressive. Is there a list where we can see how many for each school?

Pretty sure Hinsdale South will have close to 13 from this years team and I believe they had 4 or 5 from last years teams. Not sure about the previous 2 years.

For a school with only 700 coed students.....

Montini has 40 students playing college football over a 4-year period and

48 students playing college football over a 5-year period.

2 of those players already have a College Football National Championship.

Saw an article that said that LWE has sent 130 kids to college football in its history. First graduating class in 2003 gives you an average of 10 per year.

Compare that with the Montini post above...

Not really sure what your point is. Based on the numbers you posted, it looks like on average that LWE is sending about the same number of kids per year to play college football as Montini. That is about what I would expect.
