Don't kid yourself. Player development and game management has killed stoops. The qb one plays one position of 22

Line of scrimmage play has killed Stoops therefore has killed our QB'S. JUST horrible line coachs they need to go find a highschool team to coach or something.

UKs VERY first posession at UF, Barker got drilled at the same time he received the snap. Not sure what any QB can do with that. The OL is horrendous.

That 1st sack against UF is on Drew, that guy came on a delayed blitz, he didn't recognize it and that is on him to get rid of the ball quicker, he is going to have growing pains and reading defenses is part of that growth.

Now I'm not saying that our OL play has been stellar, far from it, but an experienced QB recognizes that alignment and checks down to his hot receiver on that play.

Last year and so far this year, UK has basically had no QB that does one thing good for 4 qtrs.

Passing, running, game management has been awful. It's really simple to see and understand. UK was lucky that Couch came along when he did and Hal understood the Air Raid.

It's not OL or DL or whomever that has to be very good to make a team competitive, it has to be the QB.

Good QBs win period.

This place is a graveyard for QB's.

Last year KY in max protect against Georgia. Georgia is rushing 3 sometimes 4 guys. We were sending 3 guys out in 7 and 8 man coverages.

Let's say we don't start Barker this year and instead were able to bring back Tim Couch. Our record is still 0-2.

Unfortunately UK thinks like you. "It's not the OL or DL that has to be very good." Are you serious Clark?
