For those keeping score at home, the link below is useful. We have 6 quad one losses. We won’t be dinged for that. The link doesn’t load well on mobile

Right now, Pitt is NET 75, right on the cusp of Q1/Q2 for an away game.

Our remaining schedule has 5 more Q1 games, 2 Q2 games, and 1 Q3 game. We really need to sweep Illinois/Michigan/Northwestern at home to stay with just 1 loss in Q2-Q4.

If we then dropped all the remaining Q1 games, we'd be 19-12 overall (10-10 B1G), (2-11) in Q1, with no wins away from the RAC... heading into the B1G tournament. That's a good, but not great, resume, which should get us in with a weak bubble (which is what people keep saying we have this year).

If we could knock of one of the away teams to be 20-11 (11-9), 3-10 Q1, with an away win... I think that's a much stronger resume overall, and well away from the bubble.

Remaining games:
Q1
10 - Maryland
15 - @Ohio St
21 - @Penn St
30 - @Wisconsin
38 - @Purdue

Q2
31 - Illinois
34 - Michigan

Q3
151 - Northwestern

THANKS.. enjoyed that.. even though it clearly shows we are not a top team. We're good... but to be really good you need a winning record in quad 1.. we're 3-6 in quad 1. And we have a quad 3 loss.. unlike maybe 40 other teams... then again, Kentucky has a quad 4 loss.. doesn't seem to hurt them much.

We would be a 7 seed if the season ended today according to the bracket research site.
