Take it from a guy who lives closer to Lexington and not in Chatty.

Or why not wait til next season when its not as stacked of a draft class and get drafted higher? THINK
Because getting to your second NBA contract as early as possible is a good business decision. Even with this strong draft, JQ is going to want to go pro. That’s actually why I believe he will HAVE to play. He’s going to have to go pro this year to get to that 2nd contract earlier but the insane freshman class means he needs to prove his value to stay a high pick.

Always lying. He wasn’t even believed to be old enough to enter the draft until his coach came up with an earlier graduation date and the NBA accepted it. As usual you lie because of your agenda.
Not saying either of you are right or wrong, but what would graduating earlier change about his age…?

It wouldn’t change anything about his age, just his eligibility for the 2022 draft. To be eligible for the NBA draft, players must be at least 19 years old during the draft's calendar year and have completed at least one full NBA season since graduating from high school. Graduating in May means he completed one full NBA Season and be eligible for the 2022 draft. Graduating in December means he wouldn’t be eligible and would have tom wait until 2023. He was playing basketball for his HS team in October, no one knew they would claim he graduated in May.

He wasn’t even thought to eligible for the draft, yet dude lies and claims Cal knew all along and went along with it to have another player in the NBA. He lied. He came in expecting to redshirt and to not be eligible until the 2023 draft.

Journalist
Kyle Tucker reported on Shaedon Sharpe's eligibility for the 2022 NBA Draft by highlighting the conflicting messages from Sharpe's camp and Kentucky officials. While sources close to Sharpe insisted he planned to stay at Kentucky, the eligibility was always a possibility due to his early high school graduation, which is what ultimately happened, as detailed in Tucker's reporting for The Athletic.

Hard to imagine there’s anybody left who still believes all Cal’s BS. Then ole verbal kint says hold my beer.

I mean its obvious theyre taking their time with him? He wants to play in the NBA and not risk coming back too early? Idk whats so funny. A typical timetable for sports is 6-12 months... He might not even play and I dont blame him
Pretty sweet gig. Get paid millions in NIL money to sit on the bench and chill for 6 months.

I believe facts. Dude played basketball in October but Graduated in May? The truth is plain to see with anyone with common sense. He graduated in May but went back to school in the fall. That only makes sense to a certain group of people. Every article when he commited had the same POV that he would redshirt and have to stay the next year.

Hard to imagine people reject common sense and choose ignorance because they’re so filled with hatred.

Common sense trumps journalists when you’re able to apply logic, reason, context, and think for yourself. Imagine going through life being told what to think and having to accep it because of how ignorant you are.
