Plan on packing sandwiches ... there is nothing nearby. Plus, once you leave the parking lot, you'll wind up in a long line to get back in.

BTW, I believe the IHSA clears the stadium between games. I don't think you can just hang around. You should check.

We have great mutual respect with our long-time rival, East St.Louis Sr. High School.

I would try to score tickets early at H-F. The rules change by the hour and of course it will be sold out. Never mind there were about 50 supporters at Barrington from the south.

Yeah, but the hitch is you have to leave, pay again, and return to see the second game.

A few years back, I tried to stay in the park and catch Simeon play SICP in the first round, which followed a MC playoff game. A CPS security official called me down from the top of the visitor side and politely told me rules required the clearing of the stadium before the next game.

At the time Simeon featured Robert Gregory at QB, which was the reason I stuck around. Simeon rolled, but Gregory was a real joy to watch.
