Youtube TV will save you a ish ton of money and you dont have to buy any devices to hookup to your TV.

Took far too long for YouTube TV to get mentioned. (Or Hulu Live).

Moved into a new house and didnt even bother with cable. I think its $55 for YoutubeTV and I'll never go back. If you have a good enough TV, you do t even need a Roku and can use the built in apps.

All the UK games and more sports than I'll ever need. DVR and replay functionality. A library of recent content i can go back into. It just needs a "back button" to flip between two channels

I’d recommend YouTubeTv for Roku. $59 a month includes local network channels, all ESPNs including SECN, news channels including Fox. Unlimited Cloud DVR. Up to six devices can use it at once including laptops, tablets and phones. Didn’t miss a UK football or basketball game all year.

Pretty sure you can only stream 3 devices at a time. The price is $49.99. I have not seen a 6-stream option.

I know it can do 2 simultaneously. Which, for $55 bucks, is more than enough.

I will be clutch for March Madness. Get a game on your phone while watching on a TV else where (or at your desk).

You are correct. It’s 6 accounts but only 3 streams at once. My bill is $58 and some change every month, I assume $49.99 fees and taxes?

Youtube tv w/roku $50/month plus your internet service charge. 70 channels.

Go here and enter your zip code to see channel lineup in your area https://tv.youtube.com/welcome/
Are you really saving much when you do something like that on top of paying for an internet service with enough speed to smoothly stream it and whatever all the other kids and family members in the house are streaming at the same time? I’m paying $149 for spectrum cable and internet service. I don’t have much other option for high speed internet out in Taylorsville. The internet service is over half of that $149. If I just kept the internet, and added another $50 -$60 my savings would be minimal.

I think the problem we will start running into is the cable companies will just start raising the internet prices to ridiculous levels for the cord cutters. Then just try and strong-arm people into coming back to cable with deals that are cheaper. It sucks that the good options are so limited (at least in the Louisville area). Spectrum nearly has a monopoly on internet service. It was disappointing when Google dropped out of adding competition for them.
