Question: Conference Realignment?

Is the old Big 12 Conference going to expand to 12 teams or stay at 10 schools? Also, does anybody have a feel for if the Big 12 Conference will ever get it's own Television Network like the Big Ten or Sec?
If the Big 12 expands, how will that effect the Big Ten Conference? Will the Big Ten Conference expand beyond 14 schools?

A lot of people think this is ultimately heading to four 16 team conferences.

IMO the only two teams that don't water down the B1G financially are ND and Texas---both of which want to be the tail wagging the dog so not sure how that would work.
