First and full disclaimer, I do not agree in principle that black people are fundamentally disadvantaged, being killed by police, etc. based on the color of their skin. That horse has been beat to death by both sides, and lets face it, the two sides are never going to agree. I would just like to know the end game. I realize, I think, that the goal of all of this discord is "racial equality". I really believe that most people, on each side, are NOT racist and judge a person based on their actions, not the color of their skin. I really want things to go back to normal. The chaos needs to end. I think it will be much easier to reach the goal of racial equality if we know what the goal is. My question is, what is the end game? What is the metric or goal to which we can say "ok, equality has been achieved"? Let's try to keep this civil fellas.

I want to hear from those that are behind "the movement" and not the organization. I really want to know if they have some sort or metric to say that they have achieved racial equality. It's a legit question, not trolling.
BLM, Antifa, and the DSA are all the same people with the same ideology and same goal. To understand what their goal is all you have to do is go back and read all their material I have posted over the past year and a half. Their material says exactly what they want. A global socialist utopia where people who don't comply are destroyed. They want power and are using terrorism to get it. People who say the leadership at WVU has no choice are weak minded and morally bankrupt. It's a University so maybe the leadership should grow some balls and teach these young men how to be successful instead of conforming to terrorist demands.

Hey dumbass most people are shot by police because they get violent with the police. You could stop 99 % of these issues if you comply and have your day in court.
Privilege is more an issue of socio-economic factors than race. You can't say a white kid from Logan county is more privileged than a kid of someone like Lebron James.
Does race play a factor is some sectors of the country? Yes. Is that privilege, not necessarily.
The 17 year-old boy who walked down the middle of the street with an assault rifle after murdering two people wasn't even arrested. He went home, across the state line.
The wing nuts in Michigan who went in the state capitol with assault rifles.

To many people want something for nothing. White, black & everyone in between, all this violence is defending violent people. If innocent black people was getting shot by police I would be marching with them .....its not about race its about being able to break the law & have no consequences, it's about having a free life.....

As I said, you know due to veracity in which they’re targeting this kid that he’s innocent. He represents an existential threat to BLM. An armed and organized populace pushing back on their mob tactics. They cannot allow that. They have to crush this kid for the sake of their movement. If he walks, and he will, it will embolden others to do the same. They should. If a business and property owner cannot rely on the Govt to protect them and their interests, it becomes the mandate of an organized populace to do so.

This is political by intent as well as to harm Trump. It's not moral in its intent because of, in part, the immoral means used.

This is how I see it and without using “political lenses”......as a man with a minority wife and many minority friends and colleagues of different socio-economic backgrounds.....
It comes down to seeing a person for who he/she is first and foremost and without initial judgement based on their skin color. Example: 55-year old white man and a 55-year old black man, both driving a Mercedes and both roll through a stop sign in front of a cop.....the likelihood that the black man is pulled over is 3X’s as likely.....OR an older white woman is in an elevator and her posture and reaction as 24-year old white man steps in versus a 24-year old black man......these are very basic examples that as white men, we never think about because we don’t need too....
At a higher level, it’s also community investment and education, education is the key to personal growth and opportunity.....but ultimately, as we see in the real world, it cannot be given, it must be earned....change starts in the community and the family structure, that in itself, HAS to come internally from the minority community.....but everything else should be seen through the lens of humanity, which is what god intended as he created us in his image, but in the color of many....
To answer your questions specifically, not sure that humanity can ever cross the goal line, but the better we choose to be with one another, the closer we can ultimately be....
