Will the Dems filibuster Gorsuch? Apparently, MSNBC just admitted the Dems have not yet laid a glove on him during the hearings. And if the Dems filibuster and the GOP can't get to 60 votes, does McConnell jettison (the Harry Reid precedent) the filibuster for SCOTUS picks?

I don't think so. BTW - what's to keep a nominee from openly lying to everyone in these hearings? These things are just more spotlight time for the fame whores in Congress.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg may not have lied but she refused to answer questions at least 30 times.

So did Gorsuch, I think it was Franken questioning --which btw the people of Minnesota should be embarrassed. Granted the questions were based on a presumption of how he would vote, which rightly so Gorsuch refused to answer. Heard a small part of Sass questioning, which was softball after softball, but I liked what I heard.
