Question on playoff...

If a #2 seed beats a # 3 seed and the #1 seed is upset by the #4 seed does the 4 seed play at the 2 seed. That is at each game round 1 to the final is the home team the higher seeded team and one with the higher power points.
Thanks/ I just remember at some time in the past someone saying after the first round there is no reseeding for play.

There's no reseeding and power points aren't re-calculated anymore once the regular season ends. So, yes the home team is the higher seeded/higher pointed team.
