is it important that we move quickly on the hire. So the new
coach can name his staff and get started recruiting?

Yes. While Dr. Gragg has put a 2-3 wk timetable on the process, I personally hope he really has THE GUY in mind and is able to land him quickly. I have next Monday as the best possible date to get things done and the new HC starting to reach out to recruits and staff

Seems Gragg wants to move his timeline up a few days so the new coach and staff can do some recruiting...
