Patrick Towles throwing mechanics were not very good. He pulled it down and ran more often because he didn't have a quick release that enabled him to throw under pressure.

Y'all are so wrapped up in your own insecurities that you don't realize this was in reference to how good Nick Mullens (USM Sr. QB) is. That was the point and the topic, if you take the context of the conversation into consideration. I'm glad that Towles has better judgement to know that. Looking forward to our game.
He wasn't taking a shot at a player he has a good relationship with. Look at the history of football. Teams without good QB's don't win, coaches without good QB's look bad. It's a general assessment, and I think it's petty to reach far enough for it to be something else.Hat certainly was 1/2 of it.

I think it was a generalized statement that hit your fanbase hard because you are self-conscious about the QB play last year. So you are kind of digging for beef. If it gets you guys pumped up for the game, go for it. But I really think that he was not using an interview intended for USM fans to take a jab at a former player at Kentucky. But hey, he's only been here for a few months so maybe he's got a more douchey streak than I thought. If Dawson was not referencing Towles, that must mean Dawson thought he looked like a good OC last year. If that is what he thinks, SMiss fans should be very worried.
If the plays he calls works, he is a genius“Typically, if I have a good quarterback, I’m a pretty good coach. And typically, if I don’t, I’m not a very good coach.”
WTH?
third and 1 driving down the field vs Auburn after we were running all over them, throws a deep ball incomplete. We lost 14-9. IdiotThe man went spread on the one foot line at Vandy last year and cost us a bowl
