There was a LOT of ego in those four guys and a lot of conflict. Maybe the worst offense is when Neil left Stills at in the middle of a tour by leaving a note with the immortal words "eat a peach." But I'll choose to remember the great music. I saw Crosby both with The Byrds in 1966 in a Dick Clark Caravan of Stars show in Ashland and in C,S,N&Y during their 1974 tour stop at Cleveland's Municipal Stadium. He was a good songwriter and a great harmony singer.
