When was the last time you ate a radish? Seems like they used to be in salads a bunch and the fat man liked them since they were red and white.

While we’re at it, Christmas in July isn’t a thing. Please stop co-opting my culture.

Anyway, Radishes suck.

Some places put them in a beer cheese platter. My wife puts them on salads made at home. Sliced thin. I’m not a fan.

Tastes like a small turnip with a little heat.
But you can’t have tacos al pastor without them.

I used to eat them like candy fresh from the garden when I was a kid. Rarely even think of them these days.

I put a couple of finely chopped radishes in slaw when I make it.

They're really good cooked. Much like how an onion completely changes flavor when cooked, radishes are the same way. They turn sweet.
