Not very Smooth of him at allNot my guy smooth.... got to make better decisions.
Sounds like BS honestly. Any time a security guard is getting into a physical altercation with someone, they are terrible at their job. A security guards job is to observe and call the actually police.Reads to me like he could have just left and avoided the whole thing. But, no, as is all too common, he resisted security guard’s authority and got into an altercation. And why in the hell was he on a freakin moped lol
What if the security guard was an “actually” off duty police?Sounds like BS honestly. Any time a security guard is getting into a physical altercation with someone, they are terrible at their job. A security guards job is to observe and call the actually police.
What if the security guard was an “actually” off duty police?
I was responding to the post where dude said security guard. The article said “security officer”. I used to live at University Commons on Red Mile when I was a student at UK, and then at The Huntington down the street. They are both now called something else, but when I lived there, the “security officers” were basically just other college students who lived there, but were paid by the complex to make sure things didn’t get too out of hand. They were by no means cops, or even rent-a-cops. They weren’t even Paul Blart. Their uniform was khaki shorts and a popped collar.
Maybe the security guard is a wanna be cop with an inferiority complex.40 years old. Past time to grow up. Does he even have a job? Somewhere he has no business being, and then wants to fight the security officer. Another wannabe gangsta.
He was an investor in AppHarvest in Morehead, Ky but they had to file bankruptcy and eventually were bought out.40 years old. Past time to grow up. Does he even have a job? Somewhere he has no business being, and then wants to fight the security officer. Another wannabe gangsta.
I got arrested for cutting the heads of parking meters. What if the security guard was an “actually” off duty police?
Key words here are "off duty". If the situation wasn't life-threatening, there would be no reason to act. What if the security guard was an “actually” off duty police?
He had a dreaded marijuana blunt on him. Dun da dun. Throw the book at him!Probably a bogus charge. Trespassing is what you are charged when the cops cant prove a reason to stop a person. Or anyone caught shoplifting this is the charge to keep the person out of the store. Flim flam charge.

Perhaps. Or maybe Ramel needs to grow up.Maybe the security guard is a wanna be cop with an inferiority complex.
I found out I am a nerd tonightI just learned right now that you needed a license to drive a moped.
It depends on the state and motor size.I just learned right now that you needed a license to drive a moped.
It’s Norbit!Free Ramel!
One of my favorites and looks like Eddie Murphys little boy. Maybe the bow finger version.

Well a cop, either on or off duty, being awful at their job and escalating a situation sounds par for the course. What if the security guard was an “actually” off duty police?
he resisted security guard’s authority
I was one of those at Haggin Hall for 3 days. I got fired. The job description did not say I wasn't allowed to smoke bud with the coeds. The article said “security officer”. The presumption of innocence only applies in the courtroom. . . it doesn't require us as the court of public opinion to assume he's innocent and didn't do it. The POI only means that the government has to prove he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.Damn, you can tell who really loves authority in this thread. What ever happened to the presumption of innoncence?
