Ramsey or Bell

I am not counting Lafayette or Sherando out, just don't know much about either and haven't seen them play. My question is if Salem and Louisa meet in williamsburg, will the Salem D have a harder time containing Bell, or Louisa D containg Ramsey?
Thoughts?

Gotta get there first. Lafayette and Sherando are the real deal, and there have been enough surprises over the last few years. We all should know better than to make assumptions by now.
