The RAC is for all it’s weird construction and faults, a terrible place for opponents to play when Rutgers is competitive.
I can’t argue with Katz’s list much. Those top 5 venues are great. Illinois, Purdue, Minnesota, Michigan State, and Indiana have pretty special environments too. You can easily add Maryland and Rutgers into that mix. All are great home courts.
The Big Ten is strong in many areas. Having great home courts for hoops is just one more way it is a leader.
The RAC competes and Katz has spoken many times about the place.
