What is the criteria for the list? Is it purely based upon college career or overall career? If the former, then Lamar has no business being in above Pat White based upon his college career alone. If it is overall ability/career, then Mariota and Tebow don't belong as their pro careers are lack luster.

Didn’t Jackson win Heisman? I think some of these things are skewed by pro success too
