Have you looked at his history? That guy has had more jobs than about any coach around and was only let go one time (UK). The rest he left as he saw fit.
He also left TX Tech for Memphis for more $$$$$ like 2 season ago. He is rich from all that jumping around so I don't feel sorry for him.
